Nanominer (CPU)

Nanominer is a fast and stable, user-friendly and reliable miner which has been released by Nanopool - one of the best cryptocurrency mining solution out there.

Installation

Download The Miner from GitHub and extract the archive to any folder.

Configuration

Make sure your config.ini file looks like this:

  • Exchange wallet address
[RandomHash]
wallet = YOUR_PASC_ADDRESS
paymentId = YOUR_PAYMENT_ID
rigName = rig1
email = [email protected]
  • Local wallet address
[RandomHash]
wallet = YOUR_PASC_ADDRESS
paymentId = 0
rigName = rig1
email = [email protected]

Where:

  • YOUR_PASC_ADDRESS - your valid Pascal address.
  • YOUR_PAYMENT_ID - your payment-ID(PAYLOAD). Optional. Use 0 for local wallet.
  • YOUR_WORKER - simple short worker name (like worker01). Optional.
  • YOUR_EMAIL - your email address for notifications. Optional.

Host servers of Nanopool will be added automatically. Miner also can sort servers via ping, and chose the nearest one. If you want to setup failovers manually, you need to add "pool" option like in example bellow:

[RandomHash]
wallet = YOUR_PASC_ADDRESS
paymentId = YOUR_PAYMENT_ID
rigName = rig1
email = YOUR_EMAIL
pool1 = pasc-eu1.nanopool.org:15556
pool2 = pasc-eu2.nanopool.org:15556
pool3 = pasc-us-east1.nanopool.org:15556
pool4 = pasc-us-west1.nanopool.org:15556
pool5 = pasc-asia1.nanopool.org:15556
Double check you set your own wallet and it's correct. Set a simple worker name to track your RIG on the pool and an email address to receive alerts when your RIG goes offline. Alternatively, you can set a passphrase instead to access the account settings.

Run
